Did you write the lyrics?

Did you sing them?

Instrumentation was spectacular. There were some parts where it sounded.. a little off tempo or something...
Some of the vocal parts had a little too many effects on it.

I think you should lengthen this by about another minute.

Have your ending become the bridge..
"Here you lay
oooOOOooo...
repeat this a few times and come back into the chorus, another verse then end with the chorus followed by the trailing : here you lay ooOOOoo's again.

AMAZING STUFF MAN!!!!!!!!
FAVED.

Agreed with BacterialBag

It really does have that lounge style, along with the minimal instrumentation. Only using what you need to the the job done. I kind of like it. It's really mellow and chilled out. Good job C3nt!!!!

Thanks, as I have said to BacterialBag, House will be and probably always will be my strong point in music...

Really I should produce more but i have college and a job to do so whatever free time I get I try and spend it on the creation of music... More should come soon........ Maybe.

Hello there Ian. Please export overnight while you're asleep and send out the full quality song!

I love the cut offs you did, the glitches are wonderfully well done. Simple melodies, what captivated me was the beat. It's almost like the melodies are only accenting the beat. It's new to me. Refreshing. Great Work!

How's it goin?

I like that "screaming" synth with the slow moving bassline. I only wish that the bassline was a little more aggressive. It could still be moving slowly but, maybe a bit louder?
I feel that the bassline should match the beat of a song.

Since you have the low bassline, and the high screams, I think you need a little something inbetween. Maybe even a simple first note hit that echoes throughout and changes when the notes of your bassline changes.

I see great potential in this song. Truly.

ps. I saw an old review you did of one of my songs. paying back the favor. :)

Mid-Night responds:

Holy snaps, I haven't seen you in forever, yeah, You've reviewed me a few times, and I reviewed you a few times...and good times were had all around!

This is saxy ;)

I thoroughly enjoyed this piece. I felt that at the 0:32 point, the sax and deep strings came in a bit suddenly. Maybe try introducing a few noted in the beginning, soften up the volume a bit and make it more noticeable when you want it to begin.

Great sounds, fantastic melodies, magnificent mood.
I love the story it tells.

SolusLunes responds:

There are no deep strings, but I wanted the sax to be cutting.

Actually

I don't think this would fall under the Classical genre. This is more Ambient, or Chill-Out with Down-Tempo influences. I love it though!!! GREAT WORK!

TheCon-Sept responds:

It has been too long since I have even seen you submit something i2....

OOOOOooooo

I like the strings and the bassline. The beat sounds really simple. Which is kind of good. It sounds very mid-90's. Crazy piano man! lol

Aww

I was hoping it would break down into a busy dnb beat. busy hats hard kicks and loud snares, with the chilled melody and bassline in the back.

I love the jazzy feel to it. :)

RyanPridgeon responds:

You make me wish I'd have done that too :P but then again I was going for a more chilled style in this one.

Smoooothhh

I love how everything sounded so smooth, but the synth of the paradise didn't mesh too well in my opinion. sounded too much like a raspy saw, while you made all smooth, cleans, crisp sounds.

Karco responds:

The lead's been a point of debate, some people liked it, some people didn't. I could have gone with a better one but I felt like leaving something for people to recognize this song by. ;)

Thanks for the review! :D

Simply Amazing

I love your intense builds and rolls. Melodies are great. Wonderfully made.

I like the bassline. :)

Karco responds:

Same. :)

Thanks for the review, glad you liked it!
